Machine labour require

For the auto mask machine, general needs at least one worker for one set of machine. The worker’s job is to refill in the raw materials, monitor the machine operation situation and pick up the final product.

To produce 1 million pieces 5Ply KN95/N95 no-valve masks usually need 1.7 tons of non-woven for cover layer, 1.7 tons of hot air cotton, 3.4 tons of melt-blown for the second and fourth layer, and 1 ton of non-woven for inner layer; 500kg of earloop and 500kg of the nose bridge.
